Let’s start with one that we made here at Fraggell. We’ve been working with Aloha for almost two years, and in that time, we have truly dialed in their ad creative.

One of the most successful formats has been a taste test paired with an educational read from the customer. It works so well—right now, this creative is pulling in some great numbers, with a 35% hook rate and a CPA 10% lower than target.

It helps that we used this amazing creator. She is full of personality, and the script we gave her reflects that. It makes it fun to watch and as I always say, it’s not about tricking people into watching an ad - It’s about making ads people want to watch.

Dore and Rose

Your ad needs to connect with the right demographic - Otherwise, why would someone buy it? You wouldn’t sell a car to someone who can’t drive.

And that’s what this creative is doing: “For those that can’t stay asleep.” The headline of the creative targets the customer, pre-qualifying them to make every click count.

On top of that, they’ve included some critical numbers for social proof. Those numbers are presented at %—Why? Because using numerical data and statistics helps create a perception of credibility and authority, which in turn helps people trust you.

It’s so much more than just a static ad.

I love ads that have a purpose other than just selling you something. That’s why I picked this creative from TRIHARD. If you watch the video in full, you’ll notice how naturally they integrate the product.

The creator lists three things she wished she knew before starting to train for an Iron Man, and reason number one is… You guessed it, TRIHARD. The other two are also useful tips, allowing the viewer to walk away with value and not just the feeling of being sold too.

Pair that with the minimal caption design and quick cuts. You find yourself watching ads like this on TikTok without even noticing they are ads.

Make ads like this, people. They work.
